Worship
Our Worship Team is responsible for the management and scheduling of servants in worship (readers, ushers, greeters, communion servers), preparing the sanctuary for worship, assisting the pastor in preparing the order of worship, preparing the bulletin, assisting visiting preachers and church decor.
- Worship Services - If you are interested in assisting the Pastor in serving communion, please contact Jeff at jpullium@comcast.net
- Greeters - If you would like to greet those who come to worship on Sunday, contact Kay at 706-631-9785 or kaytremaine@att.net.
- Scripture Readers - If you are interested in reading scripture during worship, please contact Kathleen at walsh23@earthlink.net.
The Church Choir and Music Ministry are also part of the Worship Team. They perform special cantatas at Easter and Christmas and special music for worship serivces throughout the year. The choir is lead by Music Director, Phillip S. and Choral Director, Mollie B.
- The choir meets every Wednesday at 7 pm for practice in the church sanctuary. If you are interested in joining the choir feel free to come to choir practice.
- Song suggestions or requests for worship services should be emailed to the Interim Choir Director: Sawyer at sawyerbranham@yahoo.com.
