Strategic Plan Meetings

The ADHOC Committee and the Board are working on a strategic plan for our church.  During the month of January there will be four (4) focus groups that will help our church identify topics and plans that our church will need to take during our growth period.

Our church needs your help.  Please let Sandra DuBose know, galsan@bellsouth.net, mccoroffice@yahoo.com, or 706-722-6454, if you are willing to participate in one of these focus groups.  All meetings are held at the church at 7 pm.

The four groups are as following:

1. Seniors (ages 60 and above) - January 10, 2012

2. Middle age (ages 35-60) - January 17, 2012

3. Member or frequent visitor who no longer comes to church - January 24, 2012.  It is very important that you participate so we can improve and address why you no longer are an active participant of MCCOR

4. Youth (35 and younger) - Monday, January 30, 2012

Several questions will be addressed during the 1-1.5 hour session.  We will have a scribe to record the responses.

A group of 5-9 participants for each group would be appreciated.  Please notify us as soon as possible that you will be able to participate.  Thank you for your help with this project.
